Things That Work!
Many times we find ourselves buying numerous products only to find that they do not live up to the advertised claims.
This page is dedicated to help prevent that from occurring to you. If a product is mentioned here, it has been used repeatedly by Conya's Cottage and it WORKS! We do not accept any form of compensation from any company whose products are listed here; in fact, they are not aware that they are being mentioned here at all!
Every week there will be something new, feel free to send in your 'finds' and you will be credited for any submission added to the site. Also, we'd love to hear feedback as well...Enjoy!
Restor-A-Finish
Available in most hardware stores, this product will save you tons of money and time. Follow the directions and watch small scratches, water rings and oxidation disappear or become unnoticeable. I've used it with a plastic scrub pad and removed ink and other substances from the finish of furniture. Follow up with an application of your favorite polish.
